Hi, I’m Chloe!

I’m the owner of CS Feed & Tack, and what started as a passion for horses and animal care has grown into a business I’m incredibly proud of.

Born and raised in the heart of the Shuswap, I truly can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. I began riding horses when I was about nine years old, originally diving into the world of eventing. I rode any horse I had the opportunity to, competing in three-day events across BC before discovering my passion for the cowhorse and cutting industry.

Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated countless hours to loping cutting horses for top trainers, showing my own horses and building connections with some amazing people in the industry.

Being a small, locally owned business means I get to know my customers, their animals, and what they’re looking for. I’m always learning, researching new products, and looking for better options to bring into the store.

Outside of the business, you’ll usually find me with my horses and dogs, spending time with friends, or enjoying the outdoors.

What started as a search for better-quality whole feeds quickly turned into a deep dive, a passion, and ultimately, CS Feed & Tack.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re struggling with your horse’s health and trying to figure out what might actually help. I’ve been there.

I believe you should know why you’re feeding something not just what it is. Every product I carry is carefully researched, evaluated, and selected based on ingredients, formulation, quality, and the science behind it.

I’m constantly learning, asking questions, and digging deeper into the products I offer so I can confidently recommend what I believe will genuinely benefit your horse.

How It Started

I launched CS Feed & Tack on October 1st, 2022.

The original plan was simple: bring in one or two skids of feed and supply it to friends, family, and a few people I knew were already using the products. That was it.

I never imagined what would happen next.

Word spread, the orders grew, and what was supposed to be a small side venture quickly became something much bigger. Today, CS Feed & Tack carries over 150 products, with more constantly being researched and added.

But the reason behind the business has never really changed.

I started CS Feed & Tack because I was looking for answers for my own horse. Now, I get to help other people who are searching for answers for theirs and that is the part of this business that means the most to me.
